Niv Shank began his career as a photographer at the turn of the 21st century, soon after his military service ended in Israel. Once on the road through Europe - and eventually landing in New York City - Niv developed his story-telling power. Capturing moments of the preoccupied youth, Niv creates timeless narratives at moments provocative, sensual, contemplative and tender. Using location, cinematic themes, and fashion as living commentary, he comments, "I'm following my vision to create images that are inspired from life, real people, candid moments, landscapes and memories. I work mostly on location, love shooting with film and take great satisfaction from creating fresh experiences with each of my subjects."
