Ferran Izquierdo (Alella, 1974), Graduated at University of Westminster from Photography and Multimedia BA in 2002. His professional career started working as portrait photographer for Spanish media (El Pais, El Periodico, AD, FHM, among others) in London, where he also produced his first commissions for advertising agencies.

His work has won several national and international awards as LAOS, CONCA grant, Royal Society Photography Award and has participated in the Asia-Europe Emerging Photography Forum and Kaunas Photo-festival. 

Currently, he focuses mainly on lifestyle photography for comissions as well as for stock agencies and combines his commercial projects with his position as Head of Photographic Department at IDEP Barcelona.
